Information
Leaf-lamina 5–14(21) x 3–5–5(10) cm., usually narrowly elliptic to more rarely broadly elliptic; apex obtuse to acuminate, rarely rounded; margins usually shallowly sinuate or bluntly and shallowly serrate above the middle, rarely entire; base cuneate to rarely rounded or truncate (acute at its extremity). Pedicels (1·5)2–3(4) mm. long. Calyx-lobes and petals (4)5–6. Stamens (8)10–12. Ovary pubescent especially above the middle. Capsule puberulous above (shortly and obscurely).
