Information
Plants stemless or with short decumbent stems, forming groups. Leaves 16–20, 35 x 9 cm, lanceolate-triangular, spreading to falcately upcurved, bluish-grey to reddish; margins with very small teeth, 0.5 mm long, 20–80 mm apart, sometimes entire. Inflorescences 60–70 cm tall with up to 4 branches; racemes elongate-conical, to 18 cm long, subdense; bracts 7 x 4 mm; pedicels 6–9 mm long. Flowers rose-pink or reddish, tomentose, oblique-nutant; perianth 24–28 mm long, 7–8 mm across the ovary, outer tepals free for 9 mm. Anthers exserted 3–4 mm. Stigma exserted 4–5 mm. Ovary 6 x 3 mm.
