Description
Jenman informs the recipient that he is sending a small box to RBG Kew, containing further specimens of the diseased Albizia procera [see letter folio 502], along with some dried herbarium specimens that he would like to have determined. He includes open flowers of the Hortia species of 'wild orange', buds and fruit of which he has sent previously. Jenman goes on to thank the recipient for sending the last number of the KEW BULLETIN, and for the figure of Tabebuia longipes from Hooker's ICONES [PLANTARUM]. In a postscript, Jenman notes that his letter to the Secretary of State, has not yet been sent, but should go 'today'. Page 1 of 3.
