Description
Rhynchosia sublobata (Schumach.) Meikle original illustration from Flora Zambesiaca. Grows in dambo and seasonally swampy grassland beside rivers, wooded grasslands, riverine thickets and woodlands, and also in escarpment woodlands and various Kalahari Sand woodlands, on heavy black clay soils, pan margins and on rocky hill slopes; often on disturbed ground at roadsides and in old cultivations; 10-1300m in altitude (Pope & Polhill, 2001).
