Description

Gage sends Prain a duplicate third proof edition of a work on palms, which he has not yet seen. There are further parts in proof but Gage would prefer to hold these back until the introduction has been finished, mostly to avoid any degree of confusion when reading them. Gage hopes to send Prain the 'Geographical Distribution' shortly but requests he inform him if this is asking too much, as he is sure Prain must be very busy with other work. Page 1 of 2.
