Description
Lugard sends a draft of his piece for the Kew Bulletin noting his concerns that it will be out of place as it is not very scientific. He says it might suit a magazine or Kaetie[?] at the R. G. S. Journal and he doesn’t mind if Prain rejects it or makes alterations. In particular he trusts Kew will make any botanical corrections that are necessary and looks forward to receiving Prain’s feed back. In a postscript he says he is returning Brown’s list which he borrowed and asks if he can be right in saying there is only one fern in the collection drawing attention to his wife’s plates of Pellaea calomelanos and Actiniopteris radiata.
