NMW Acc. No. 25.149.4829 Collecting Notes: Field collection Ex Hort. Penarth Third generation of a pedigree-culture (1906, 1907, 1908). Seeds originally collected from a single plant in Cathays Park, Cardiff in 1905. Plant ripened first, head of seeds about 72 days after 30-03-1908, the date of sowing. Dried in 1908. Identifications: Senecio vulgaris forma praecox Trow, Det. Trow, A.H., Syntype Sheet accompanised by packeted seedlings and seeds
