Notes
Shrubby herb to 5' high with light yellow conspicuous fls. Much branched up single main stem from single rootstock, and spreading to 3' diameter. Well distributed in rich vegetation types (old cultivation, high grassland etc.) through out the district and locally abundant More or less 45 ov In medium height(4'-8')rich savannah grassland,mainly Hyparrhenia with patches of Celtis-Albizzia forest nereby. Flatish.Fairly dry conditions,open situation in full sun.Rather shallow and loamy soil over solid ironstone.Subject to at least annual burning Sheet 2
