Notes

Tube +/- 1 globose, about 2-3cm. deep; stems erect below, twining above, purplish red; leaves dull green, very variable in shape; base of midrib below reddish; nerves sunk above and raised below, not very conspicuous; inflorescence 1-few flowerwed; pedicels reddish; calyx pale yellow green; corolla tube whitish with 10 distinct and 10 less definite veins of dull reddish purple; lower half of lobes wihitish with very deep dark purplish brown veins, the upper half uniform deep mauvish purple or mahogany coloured hairs at sinus deep purple.
