Biography
It is often difficult to distinguish his collections from his father's (L. Reichenbach), with whom he occasionally co-collected. His herbarium is at W and includes material collected by his father. Most specimens of H.G. Reichenbach at BM are orchids, many of them cultivated, including material purchased with Shuttleworth's herbarium in 1877 and 107 numbers donated in 1876.
