Leaves usually less than 25 mm wide, dull green; sepals 8–33(49) mm long; spur 3–6(7.7) cm long.Anther 3–6.5 mm long, the apex sometimes denticulate; beak constricted at the base.Plants mainly diploid and tetraploid.
Habitat
Brachystegia and Uapaca–Brachystegia woodlands, also in wooded grassland on Parinari sp.
