[I have included several specimens (e.g. Baldwin 7012, Aké Assi 8381) with longer inflorescences which may be specifically distinct. Aké Assi (l.c.) regarded them as referable to D. lecomtei Hua, but this is a synonym of D. camerooniana Bak.-F.N.H.]
