Information
Erect herb to ± 1 m.; stems mostly very densely covered with spreading hairs. Leaves ovate, mostly densely hairy; petiole very short. Flowers numerous in dense heads, which do not become spicate in fruit, often rather showy; corolla-tube 1.4–2 cm. long; lobes 4–6.5 × 1.2–3.75 mm.
