Notes
Male and female flowers in an inflorescence appear to be separated in time by a very small margin compared with other Sapindaceae and may even overlap. It would be of interest to have this confirmed (or not) in the field.Capuron (Mém. Mus. Nat. Hist. Nat., Paris, 19: 40 (1969)) describes a forma apterum from Madagascar with unwinged petioles and leaf-rhachises and Leenhouts figures such a plant.
