The Institute of Botany at the Hohenheim University holds ca. 100 000 specimens. Collections cover higher plants, and mosses from several geographical regions with a focus on the Southern Germany. Computerisation of the collections will start in 2006. HOH specimens will be available online through the Visual Plants database, see http://www.visualplants.de.
