Herbarium Epulu of the Institut Congolais pour la Conservation de la Nature houses approximately 5,000 specimens of important collections from forest protected areas including Ituri Forest, Réserve de Faune à Okapis, Virunga National Park, Itombwe Forest, Kabogo-Marungu-Mitoshi and Salonga National Park.
