Information
leaflets oval-oblong, obtusely-acuminate, coriaceous; upper lip of the calyx bifid, lower very minute, subentire; carina incurved, erostrate, longer than the wings. Leaflets rigid, 2–3 inches long, 1–1 1/2 wide, reticulated. Peduncles short, few-flowered; the short-stalked flowers rising from fleshy tubercles. Calyx 3/4 inch long.
Range
A native also of extra-tropical S. America.
