Information
A shrub or small tree; branchlets shortly pubescent. Leaves sub-coriaceous, 3–5-foliolate, green and glabrous above when mature, densely coated all over with drab pubescence beneath; leaflets obovate-cuneate, entire or crenate, obtuse; end leaflet shortly stalked, 3–4 in. long, half as broad; main petiole pubescent, 2–3 in. long. Cymes peduncled, axillary, few-flowered; branchlets villous. Calyx campanulate, densely villous, 1/8 in. long; teeth ovate, distinct. Corolla light blue, hairy, 3 times the length of the calyx. Fruit as large as a plum.
