Information
Annual herb 10–60 cm high; stems white-hispid. Leaves ovate, 2–10´0.5–4 cm, base cuneate, margins shallowly serrate to entire, apex acute, white-hispid and glandular on both surfaces, petiolate or rarely sessile; petiole up to 2 cm long. Capitula in lax leafy corymbs, on stalks up to 12 cm long; involucre 6–10 mm long; phyllaries pilose. Ray florets yellow, rays oblong to broadly elliptic, 7–10 mm long; disk florets pale yellow or white, 3.5–5 mm long. Achenes dark brown, slightly flattened obovoid, 3–6 mm long, pilose; pappus of 2 or 3 bristles 1–3 mm long.
