Information
Leaves firmer, and usually smaller and mucronate; nerves more prominent. Bracteoles usually shorter, often hairy on the margin, and beset with small white scales. As the stem becomes woody very hairy and large buds develop in the axils of the leaves. Fruit glabrous, 1 in. long. Seeds very slightly reticulated.
