(leaf, stem-bark, root-bark) Phytochemistry: alkaloids
Description
A slender climbing shrub, or small tree to 3½ m high; of the forest; Liberia to W Cameroons, and in Angola and Uganda.The leaf is reported to contain 0∙8% total alkaloid, whilst bark of stem and roots appears to be even richer (1).
