Information
plant straight, 3/4–1 1/4 ft. high; leaves 5–8, subradical, linear, acute, 1 3/4–4 in. long, 1/8– 1/6 in. broad; scapes 3/4–1 1/4 ft. high, with 6 to 8 narrow acuminate sheaths; racemes oblong, 3/4–1 1/2 in. long (mature not seen), dense; bracts ovate, acuminate, 1/4– 1/3 in. long; flowers apparently yellow; sepals ovate-oblong or ovate-lanceolate, subacute, over 1/4 in. long, 3-nerved; petals ovate-oblong, acute, more than half as long as the sepals, 1-nerved; lip about as long as the sepals, 3-lobed, pubescent; side lobes falcate-oblong, subacute; front lobe linear-oblong, subobtuse, much longer than the side lobes; disc with a narrowly oblong tubercle at the base; spur cylindrical, oblong, obtuse, over half as long as the limb; column very short. null

Notes
Very similar to S. Zeyheri in floral structure, but markedly different in its straight habit and very narrow leaves.
