Information
plant about 1/2 ft. high; leaves 5–9, radical, narrowly linear, acute, 1 1/2–3 in. long, 1/8– 1/6 in. broad; scapes about 1/2 ft. high, with 3–5 narrow acuminate sheaths; racemes oblong or subcapitate, broad, 1/2–1 in. long, dense; bracts ovate, acute, 1/6– 1/4 in. long; flowers white (Sankey, Wood), white with yellow lip (Allison); sepals ovate or ovate-oblong, subobtuse, over 1/6 in. long, 3-nerved; petals broadly ovate, subacute, not half as long as the sepals, 1-nerved; lip rather shorter than the sepals, 3-lobed, somewhat pubescent; side lobes broadly rounded or somewhat ovate, obtuse; front lobe broadly oblong, obtuse, twice as long as the side lobes; disc with 3 nerves or obscure keels at the base; spur broadly oblong, obtuse, one-quarter as long as the limb; column short and very broad. null
