Leaves elliptical, obtuse, curvature in circumscription nearly equal from about the middle of the blade to each extremity, somewhat narrowed into the petiole at the base, 3–4 in. long, 1 1/2–2 in. broad more or less; petiole 1/2– 3/4 in. Peduncles axillary, 1/2–1 1/2 in., ascending or decurved, often compressed, few-flowered; pedicels about 3, 1/6– 3/4 in. long. Flowers and fruit nearly as in R. mucronata .
