Information
Lithophytic herb, forming clumps.Pseudobulbs 2.5–5.5 × 1–1.5 cm, ± conical with 2–3 nodes, glossy green, 3–4-leaved.Leaves lax, up to 15 × 2 cm, ligulate to oblanceolate, slightly 2-lobed at the apex.Inflorescence (floral axis) up to about 16 cm long, laxly several-flowered; peduncle up to 10 cm long, arching, pubescent.Flowers fleshy, pubescent on the outside; sepals and petals yellow-green flushed with maroon, lip bright pink or lilac with a white callus.Dorsal sepal 7.5–9 × 3.5–4.5 mm, ovate, acute; lateral sepals 10–11.3 × 5.7–6.5 mm, obliquely ovate-triangular, acuminate; mentum 4.5–5.5 mm high, subconical, incurved.Petals 6.5–8 × 1.8–2.5 mm, oblanceolate, obtuse.Lip 7.8–9 × 6.5–8 mm, very fleshy, somewhat recurved, c. 9 × 8 mm when flattened, 3-lobed in the basal third with a fleshy callus with a few clavate hairs at the junction of the lobes; mid-lobe 4.5–5 × 4–6 mm, broadly ovate, slightly channelled, obtuse, finely rugulose, the apex slightly recurved; side lobes erect, ± oblong.Column 2 mm long.
