Information
Perennial climber up to 4 m long, rooting at the nodes. Leaflets ovate or rhombic, 2.5–14 x 1.6–8 cm, rounded to acuminate, pubescent, venation often noticeably reticulate. Inflorescences 6–12-flowered; bracteoles ovate-oblong, c. 3–4 x 2 mm. Calyx 6–8 mm long with lobes 3–4 mm long. Standard rose or white, 1.2–2.3 cm long; keel blue, spirally incurved for about 3 turns. Pod 75–140 x 7–14 mm, glabrous or slightly pubescent, 9–15-seeded.
