Information
bulb globose, 1/3– 1/2 in. diam.; outer tunics produced beyond the top and breaking up into fine fibres; leaves 6–9, filiform, very slender, glabrous, 3–6 in. long; peduncle very slender, about as long as the leaves; raceme very lax, few-flowered; pedicels ascending, 1/6 in. long; bracts small, ovate, cuspidate; perianth 1/4 in. long; segments oblanceolate, distinctly keeled; stamens nearly as long as the perianth; filaments lanceolate; style as long as the ovary. null

EASTERN REGION Natal; Fields Hill, 1000 ft., Wood, 1973!
