Information
Terrestrial herb up to c. 60 cm tall.Pseudobulbs 3.5–5 × 1.2–1.6 cm, narrowly conical, somewhat 4-angled, ribbed, 1-leafed.Roots 2–3 mm in diameter.Leaf 40–66 × 0.5–1 cm, narrowly linear, tapering gradually to a petiolate base, whitish-green mottled with dark green.Inflorescence up to 50 cm tall, simple or with 1–2 short branches, many-flowered.Sepals and petals purplish-green, lip white with purple veins.Sepals and petals 5–7 × 3 mm, oblong, obtuse.Lip 5–8 × 6–9 mm, with 2 oblong calli at the base, 4-lobed, the side lobes semi-oblong, the two anterior lobes oblong, ± truncate, about twice as long as the side lobes; spur 3 mm long, subcylindrical, obtuse.Column short, lacking a foot.
