Information
stem very short, with numerous slender flexuous roots; leaves 2–4, oblong, unequally 2-lobed at the apex, coriaceous, suberect or spreading, 1–1 3/4 in. long; racemes slender, arching, 1 3/4–2 1/4 in. long, loosely 5–8-flowered; bracts ochreate, minute, deciduous; flowers small, white; sepals spreading or recurved, oblong-lanceolate, acuminate, 1/4– 1/3 in. long, lateral broader than the dorsal at the base; petals linear-lanceolate, acute, as long as the sepals; lip orbicular at the base round the wide orifice of the spur, with one or two small lobules, then suddenly contracted into a narrow lanceolate acute limb, about as long as the sepals; spur elongated, curved, gradually narrowed from the orifice, 1 1/2–2 in. long; column short and stout; rostellum beaked, projecting forwards, 3-fid, with linear shortly bearded side lobes, and an acuminate smooth front lobe; pollinia broadly ellipsoid, attached by filiform stipites to separate oblong glands. null
