Information
Annual. Stems short, clothed with short spreading bristly hairs. Upper leaves sessile, oblong or oblong-lanceolate; lower obtuse, narrowed to a short petiole. Racemes short, bracteate at the base; lower pedicels shorter than the calyx. Calyx 1 1/2 lin. long; tube campanulate, as long as the lanceolate lobes, clothed with spreading bristly hairs, open in the fruiting stage. Corolla-tube as long as the calyx; limb white, 1 lin. in diam. Nutlets black, shining.
