Information
stem and branches erect; leaves distant, subconnate, clavate-elongate, subcylindrical, spreading, in- or re-curvate, glaucous, smooth; flowers on very long peduncles. Distinct from the preceding by the more slender and branched stems; subclavate, at the apex not attenuated leaves; longer peduncled, somewhat smaller flowers and uniseriate petals. Leaves about 2 inches long, 1 1/2 lines wide. Peduncle 4–6 inches long. Styles 5 or 4, acutish.

SOUTH AFRICA Cape of Good Hope.
