Erect or ascending annual, 15–50 cm tall. Leaflets lanceolate-oblong, serrate; stipules subentire. Racemes dense, many-flowered. Corolla pale yellow, 2–3 mm long; wings and keel equal, shorter than standard. Pods 1.5–3 mm long, subglobose, strongly reticulate-veined, glabrous.
Range
N2 Mediterranean region, Eritrea, Ethiopia, C Asia, India, introduced in various warm-temperate regions.
