bulb ovoid, under 1 in. diam.; leaves obovate, thin, green, glabrous, cuspidate, 6–8 in. long, 3–4 in. broad; capitulum subsessile, 1 1/2 in. diam.; outer bracts ovate, acute, an inch long; outer pedicels 1/2 in. long; perianth white, an inch long; segments linear-lanceolate, reflexing, as long as the tube; filaments greenish-white, 1/2 in. long; anthers small, oblong. null
