Information
glabrous; branches terete, straight; leaves (small) ovate-lanceolate, acute at each end, mucronate, faintly nerved beneath; peduncle terminal, slender, 1- (rarely 2–3-) flowered; calyx-lobes 4–5, short, tooth-like; corolla-tube about 1/2 in. long. A low much-branched erect shrub. Leaves 3/4 in. long, 2–4 lin. wide. Flowers white; corolla-lobes 7–8.
