JASMINUM Schimperi Vatke [family OLEACEAE], in Linnæa, xl. 210. —Engl. Hochgebirgsfl. Trop. Afr. 334.
Information
Branchlets slender, angled, pubescent. Leaves suborbicular or broad oblong, cuspidate, 1 1/2–2 in. long, moderately firm, pubescent beneath; petiole very short, very hairy. Flowers few, terminal; pedicels very short. Calyx 1/6 in. long; teeth ovate, shorter than the tube. Corolla-tube 3/4–1 in. long; lobes 6–8, lanceolate, half as long as the tube.
