ISOGLOSSA nervosa C. B. Clarke [family ACANTHACEAE]
Information
Herb, 5 ft. high. Leaves up to 3 1/2 by 2 in., rhomboid-ovate; nerves beneath prominent, scabrous hairy; base acuminate; petiole 1 1/2 in. long; uppermost leaves smaller, nearly sessile, subcordate. Panicle up to 12 by 8 in., glandular hairy. Corolla 3/4 in. long, white; tube longer than the lips; otherwise nearly as I. glandulifera.

Upper Guinea Cameroon Mountain, 7000–8000 ft., Mann, 2009! Johnston, 63!
