DISTR. U1–4; K1, 3, 4, 6, 7; T1–6, 8; Z; P : widely spread through tropical Africa to South Africa, Madagascar, Mascarene Is., the Seychelles & through tropical Asia to Queensland and Fiji; also in China and Formosa
