Information
Stoloniferous perennial; culms up to 30 cm tall; leaf laminas 4–8 cm × 5–8 mm, narrowly lanceolate, flat, abruptly pointed at the apex.Inflorescence 4–12 cm long, comprising 10–15 short, erect or ascending racemes; racemes 1.5–4 cm long, persistent.Spikelets 4.5–5.5 mm long, oblong; glumes 2–3 mm long, narrowly lanceolate in profile, keeled, the inferior (1)3-nerved, the superior 5–7-nerved; lemmas 2.2–2.6 mm long, 5–7-nerved, gibbously ovate, lightly keeled, glabrous on the margins.
