Information
Perennial herb, creeping, sparsely branched, 3–30 cm long, rooting at the nodes and sometimes mat-forming; stems glabrous. Leaves of a pair unequal or equal, sessile, elliptic to oblanceolate, 1–6.2 cm long, 0.5–2.5 cm wide, base tapering to a connate part, margins remotely and minutely glandular-dentate and often revolute, apex acute or obtuse, glabrous or pilose to almost scabrid or pilose only on veins and margins. Capitula solitary in upper leaf axils; stalks of individual capitula 0.5–3 cm long; involucre 7–12 mm long; phyllaries ciliate; paleae yellowish, to 3 mm long. Ray florets 4–9, yellow, tube to 2 mm long, rays 7–12(–15) mm long; disc florets 7–13, 3.7–5 mm long. Achenes brown, 3.5 mm long; pappus absent.
