Names
GLINUS setiflorus Forssk. [family MOLLUGINACEAE], (1775).
Information
Superficially similar to G. lotoides. Indumentum denser and longer. Leaf-tips rounded, margins nearly always undulate. Flowers 1–4 per node, subsessile. Sepals unequal, outer largest, accrescent to 7–13 x 6.5–8.5 mm, tip apiculate, innermost c. half as wide. Staminodes c. 10–20, petaloid, tip fimbriate, yellow. Stamens 12–30. Capsule 5-valved. Seeds c. 0.5 mm long, bluntly tuberculate, dark brown; strophiole conspicuous, appendages often 2–3.
