Information
corm globose, 3/4–1 in. diam.; tunics of parallel wiry fibres; stems slender, simple, 1–2 ft. long; leaves 3, firm in texture, terete, strongly ribbed, the lowest about a foot long; flowers very fragrant, 2–6, in a very lax secund spike; outer spathe-valve green, lanceolate, 1 1/2–2 in. long; perianth-tube curved, 1 1/2–2 in. long, clavate in the upper third; limb 1–1 1/4 in. long, yellowish-white, much flushed with dark lilac; segments oblong, acute, 1/2 in. broad; stamens reaching more than halfway up the limb; capsule oblong, membranous, 1–1 1/4 in. long. null
