Geniosporum lasiostachyum Briquet [family LABIATAE], in Engl. Jahrb. xix. 164.
Information
An erect herb, with downy branches. Leaves small, obovate, obtuse, narrowed to the base, dull green, pubescent. Racemes long, dense, slender; pedicels 1/2 lin. long; bracts ovate-cuspidate, 1/6– 1/5 in. long. Calyx campanulate, woolly, 1/2 lin. long; teeth minute. Corolla protruding 1/12 in. from the throat of the calyx. Stamens shortly exserted upper filaments villous at the base.
