Information
leafy stem 1 1/2–2 in. long; leaves 12–18, arranged in a dense multifarious rosette, lanceolate, 12–15 in. long, 3–3 1/2 in. broad and 3/4–1 in. thick low down, narrowed gradually to a deltoid-cuspidate tip, face concave, back obliquely keeled, smooth, dark green, with copious, small, immersed, greenish-white spots, edges smooth or obscurely papillose; peduncle 3–4 ft. long including the inflorescence; racemes several, forming a deltoid panicle; pedicels 1/3– 1/2 in. long; bracts lanceolate; perianth 1 3/4–2 in. long, tube oblong-cylindrical, 1/4 in. diam. null
Distribution
EASTERN REGION Natal, living plants introduced about 1862 by T. Cooper! and M. J. McKen!
Notes
G. natalensis is the juvenile state of G. Croucheri.
