Information
tubers subglobose, about 3/4 in. broad; leaves 2 or 3 in a fascicle, linear or lanceolate-linear, acute or acuminate, 4–14 in. long, 1/8– 1/3 in. broad; scapes erect, 4–12 in. long, with a few lanceolate acuminate sheaths below; flower-heads congested or rarely oblong, 1–2 in. long; bracts linear or linear-lanceolate, acuminate, 1/2– 3/8 in. long; pedicels 1/4– 1/3 in. long; flowers yellow, greenish-buff, pink or white; sepals and petals subconnivent, lanceolate-oblong, subobtuse or apiculate, about 1/3– 2/3 in. long; lip 3-lobed, elliptic-oblong, narrowed at the base, about as long as the petals; side lobes somewhat divergent, oblong, obtuse or truncate, short; front lobe elliptic-oblong, obtuse; disc with 5 obscure keels below, papillose above, and with the surface of the front strongly papillose all over; spur oblong or subclavate, obtuse, 1/6 in. long; column clavate, 1/6 in. long. null
