Information
leaves opposite or tufted, silky-pubescent, thickish, obtuse, linear or trifid, channelled; heads umbellate at the ends of the branches, the inner involucre having three projecting ridges (septa) within. Of this I have only seen a specimen without flowers, in Hb. Th. Leaves 6–12 lines long, thinly silky, 1/2 line thick.
