Information
stem erect, hispid, paniculately much-branched; leaves linear-lanceolate, ciliate. Heads small, very numerous; rays scarcely longer than the cylindrical involucre, very narrow; achenes oblong, shortly pubescent. One to two feet high, annual. Lvs. crowded, 2–2 1/2 in. long, 1–2 lines wide. Rays white.
