Information
A largeforesttree, to 160 ft. high, with long straight bole and rather open crown; buttresses broad, but low; bark relatively smooth, pale grey-brown to orange-brown, with scales flaking off high up the tree; slash dark red and pink with white radial streaks, very slightly scented; leaves clustered at the ends of the branches; inflorescences puberulous or glabrous; flowers yellowish.
