Information
Succulent herbs to 40 cm. tall, stems erect from globose or discoid tubers 1–4 cm. across. Leaves with 8–12(25 in linear leaves) pairs of lateral veins. Receptacle broadly turbinate, stellately lobed with (3)4–8(14) lobes, and (3)4–8(14) appendages up to 40 mm. long.
