Notes
A. & R. Fernandes in An. Junta Invest. Ultramar 10: 24 (1955) recognize forma phaeotricha with unequal stamens and forma osbeckioides A. & R. Fernandes with subequal stamens; both forms are known to occur within the same populations in Mozambique but so far forma osbeckioides has not been recorded within the Flora area.
