Information
with large white flowers (tepals 45–60 mm long), purple style branches and brown markings on the inner tepals,
Range
is often seen cultivated in gardens and street plantings. It is native to South Africa (E Cape Province and Natal).
Notes
The flowers last for 2–3 days unlike the indigenous D. iridioides, which has similar but smaller flowers which last one day only.
